Refund Policy

1. Summary
The Pet Influencer Mastercourse is a digital online course delivered via Podia. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, in line with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, provided that you have not consumed more than the first module of the Course.
If you have accessed two or more modules, downloaded materials, watched any bonus content, or attended a live coaching call, you have actively consumed the digital content and your right of withdrawal expires under Article 16(m) of the Directive.
2. EU 14-day cooling-off period
If you are an EU consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the purchase confirmation email, without giving any reason, as long as the digital-content waiver in Section 3 has not been triggered. To exercise this right:
- Email [email protected] within the 14-day window.
- Include your full name, the email used at checkout, and the order number.
- You may use the EU model withdrawal form (we will send it to you on request).
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and process the refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, using the original payment method. The refund will appear on your statement in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
3. Digital-content waiver (Article 16(m))
Because the Course is digital content delivered immediately upon purchase, EU law allows the right of withdrawal to expire if you actively consume the content with your prior express consent. At checkout, you confirm the following statement:
"I expressly consent to the immediate execution of the contract and to the supply of digital content before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once I access more than the first module."
If you have not yet accessed past Module 1, your withdrawal right is intact and we will refund in full as described in Section 2.
4. Outside the 14-day window
After 14 days from purchase, or if you have actively consumed the Course (Section 3), no refunds are available. This is a standard practice for digital courses and is necessary to protect against piracy and bad-faith chargebacks.
If you experience a genuine problem with the Course (technical issue with Podia, missing module, defective video) we will work with you to resolve it directly.
5. Exceptions and special cases
- Duplicate purchases: refunded in full at any time. Email us with both order numbers.
- Unauthorized payment: refunded in full once the bank or Stripe confirms the dispute.
- Course substantially changed: if we materially change the Course curriculum within 30 days of your purchase in a way that removes content you bought, we will offer a partial refund.
- Founders tier (limited offer): same 14-day cooling-off rules apply. Founder bonuses are not separately refundable.
6. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us breaches our Terms of Service. We are happy to discuss any issue and reach a fair resolution. Filing a chargeback for a Course you have actively consumed will result in immediate termination of access and may be reported under fraud rules.

8. EU consumer dispute resolution
If we cannot resolve a dispute, EU consumers may use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to active customers. The version of this policy in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
